How do I get TEMS?

It couldn't be easier to start using TEMS. Simply click on the download button and enter a few details. You'll then get a welcome email within 24 hours with your log in details.

Is TEMS right for me?

TEMS is suitable for all business sizes, so if you’re an independent inspector or manage a large fleet TEMS could be the solution for you. With no upfront costs you can ‘try before you buy’ to see what we can do for you and your business. Still not sure, why not give us a call?

How much does it cost?

With TEMS you only pay for what you use. The price includes access to the system, ability to complete and send your reports, and a full booking system, along with a whole host of other features. And because it’s all stored in the cloud you don’t need to pay to store your data! You can choose to pay by card or BACS, making it easy for you to keep on top of your costs.

How do I log in?

Once you’ve downloaded TEMS you’ll be sent a temporary password. All you’ll need to do is go to the home page, pop in your email address and password for access. You’ll be prompted to change your password when you first sign in.

How do I access my documents?

You can access copies of all your reports, certificates and images for inspections through the ‘Completed Inspection’ page. Looking for something in particular? With the search feature you can look for a specific piece of equipment, fault or engineer. Need some help? No worries! You can use our handy how to guide or videos to walk you through the system. Or you can contact us and we’ll be happy to talk you through what you need.

Are there regular updates?

We think that TEMS is great, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be even greater. We’re constantly updating and improving TEMS and we’ll let you know what is planned through Twitter, Facebook and the app release notes in the system. Got a fantastic idea? Can TEMS integrate with my current systems?

TEMS can be integrated with any software. This includes billing and invoicing systems such as Xero, Quickbooks, Sage, Salesforce, SAP, KashFlow and more. If you have other systems that are part of your process but not listed then please let us know and we can check that TEMS will be a great addition to your process.
